Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to Cultured Esthetics, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that  sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment  without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that  appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity  to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file.


- In the event a card isn’t held on file a non-refundable deposit maybe required to hold your appointment time


- Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge of a 50% of booked service fee. This is to include pre-paid or package deal appointments.

 - “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

- Appointments made within the 24-hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • In the event your card is declined at time of no-show, Cultured Esthetics will retry payment on-file until payment is a success. If payment never goes through there will be a payment necessary before next appointment can be made.

    The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Cultured Esthetics policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and

Covid-19 Cancellation

If you have a cold, sore throat, fever, or have a contagious illness, symptoms consistent with Covid-19 or the flu/cold, please reschedule your appointment 14 days out. For Covid cancellations less than 24 hours in advance , there will be a fee of 50% of the service that will go towards your future appointment.

Refunds

Cultured Esthetics does not issue refunds on any services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify Cultured Esthetics within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, Cultured Esthetics requires that you return to the salon so that your service can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you to fix any issues as best as possible. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only with in the two of the initial service. 

Children

Our policy does allow children in the salon for services less than 30 mins long. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please make sure they will be able to sit through the duration of your appointment without repeated discipline. If your child is a disruption, you will be asked to find care for them prior to future appointments. Any children under the age of 15 receiving services must be accompanied by an adult.
